We visited some open houses and also I think for me end 5,000 or 6,000 square feet starts feeling nice and open. Anything smaller is ample yet I still consider it cozy. Am I means off base here?
I think no residence is too large or too tiny as it all counts on the needs/requirements/desires that a person/family.
I think most human being have never remained in homes in assorted sizes... I offered to live in a 1500 sq foot house and also consider that small, moved up to a 2200 sq ft house and also consider that average, and also then right now live in a 3100 sq ft house and consider it above average but not big... I have friends through 4500 sq ft house and also still above average yet not big... I have been in 6000 sq ft house and that feeling big... Ironically to plan on structure a 11000 sq ft house in the future because I think it"s just around the ideal size because that me... Not too little or too big, just big but not oversize big...
