Hi Victoria,You have the right to do everything you want, this is America! but seriously, I"d leave it the end of the mixture, and also use the freckles mix as-is for currently then include the mustard seeds to the continuing to be spices once you get some. I would certainly hesitate to add dry mustard due to the fact that sometimes salt is included to the powder and corned beef is currently salty enough.
